Note: Please note that the insurer will only cover the insured amount at the time of shipment, we recommend that you insure your shipment for the amount you feel comfortable recovering in the event of an incident.
Dimensions / Weight
- Dimensions: Shipments should not exceed 1 meter on each side of the box.
- Weight: Maximum recommended weight of 80 lbs.

- To ship a TV, it is mandatory that the packaging includes internal protection, in which we recommend using wooden sheets to protect its physical integrity. This can be purchased and assembled in our facilities.
- Shipments outside Caracas, Miranda, Vargas, Valencia, Maracay, are considered special zone and have an additional surcharge of USD $20 for boxes from 1 to 3 cubic feet, USD $25 for boxes from 4 to 6 cubic feet and USD $7 for boxes from 7 cubic feet onwards the value is USD $7 per cubic foot.
