- Make sure you have a copy of the documents you are sending and if applicable authenticate them, in case of loss there is no way to recover them.
- Personal identification documents (passports, identity cards, debit or credit cards, checks, cash and similar) are not allowed.
- Shipments outside Caracas, Miranda, Vargas, Valencia, Maracay, are considered special zone and have an additional surcharge of USD $7.
- If the shipment of documents exceeds 1 lb., you will be charged the additional poundage established for this service of USD $6.50.
